Tropical Cream Cheese Mousse with Mango

This is a healthy and exotic dessert, that is really easy to make. This dessert serves 4 people and is perfect for Friday Night sweet tooth.
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
1 dl (100 g) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2-3 tbsp lime juice
250 g cream cheese (room temperature)
2 dl (200 ml) 35% heavy cream
1 large ripe mango (or 400 g mango purée)
Instructions:
Place the egg yolks in a bowl, add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, and whisk over a hot water bath until you get a pale, smooth, and creamy foam.
Add the lime juice to the mixture and stir well.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy, then fold it into the egg yolk-lime mixture.
Whip the heavy cream until fluffy and gently mix it into the cream cheese-egg yolk mixture.
Peel and clean the mango, then blend it into a smooth purée.
Pour the mango purée into serving glasses, then top it with the cream cheese mousse.
Let it chill in the refrigerator for an hour or two before serving.
