Kama-Mousse

This is a very classic Estonian dessert. And the good news is that it is the easiest dessert in the world to make. This dessert is especially suitable to eat on the anniversary of the Republic of Estonia on February 24th. Please watch my video below to see how I made the dessert.



Ingredients:


4 dl of 35% heavy cream

400 g of vanilla curd

4-5 tbsp of kama flour

A bit of vanilla sugar (if you use vanilla curd, then don’t add any vanilla sugar)

Sugar to taste


Recipe:


Whip the heavy cream with a little sugar. Add kama flour to the vanilla curd and mix properly. Add whipped cream to the mix. Mix everything gently, as stirring too vigorously may cause the whipped cream to release water at the bottom of the kama mousse.
